Write to support@saything.app. A person reads every message, usually within a day or two. Tell us your handle (Account shows it) and, for an object, its link.

Report an object

Every public object has a Report link under it (sign in first). Reports come to us by email; we take down what breaks the terms and tell the owner. For anything urgent, such as a picture of you used without your consent, email us as well.

Credits and refunds

Credits are bought through the App Store, so refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. If a note went wrong and charged you, write to us and we'll put the credits back.

Bought credits but don't see them? In the app, Account → Restore purchases.

Delete your account

In the iPhone app: Account → Delete my account. On this site: Account → Delete the account. It happens at once; the privacy page says what's deleted and what we have to keep.
